Although we are now open to the public, we will continue to offer Curbside Pickup at our location.
When you place an order online, you can select the "Free Curbside Pickup" option at checkout and we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and are now processing it. We will then reach out via email to let you know when your order will be ready for pickup.
When you come to pick up your order, please come to the front door and call us when you arrive. Please wear a mask. We will bring your order out to you. We will maintain social distancing by placing order on a table or on the sidewalk at entrance.

We offer FREE LOCAL SHIPPING ON HOME AND LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS within an area of 30 km from Lucknow. These deliveries will have to have a minimum of $30 and will be done on a weekly basis. The day will be determined by a minimum number of orders to your community. We will contact you to let you know when your order is being delivered.
Fresh flower and plant delivery prices are calculated at check out when address of recipient is entered.
**** Please note - Due to limitations in setting up delivery options in Shopify, items in the Shop Flowers Menu cannot be combined with items in the Home, Lifestyle, Baby and Sale Menus. Please do as separate orders.
Non- Local Shipping
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150 IN CANADA.
Orders over $150 will be calculated by Shopify for Canada Post.
If you have placed an ORDER FOR SHIPPING, your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 1-2 business days.
Once your package ships we will send you an email to let you know your order is on its way. We ship via Canada Post.
Please note that we will recycle whenever possible. Your item may arrive in a box that is reused from our own packaging to reduce the amount of waste.
In some instances a product may sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an out of stock item, we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If that date does not fit your schedule, we will reimburse you 100%.
ON LINE PURCHASES FOR HOME AND LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS:
We want you to love your item, but sometimes things just don’t work out. You must initiate a return request within 4 days of receipt of your order. You may then return your item(s) either by mail or by contactless curbside drop-off during our store hours.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return your item(s) are at the customer's expense.
Sale merchandise is final sale.
Purchases made online will be refunded once items are received back to Everlastings. Please allow 7 days for processing of refund (less shipping charges) once items are received.

For packages deemed lost by Canada Post, are subject to a refund of only up to $100 (including shipping).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do except returns for gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will do what we can to make it right!
